Thanks & Giving

Happy November, everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to keep up with the happenings here at Vent Haven. I appreciate it very much! Here's what's going on...

The Vent Haven collection continues to grow by leaps and bounds. The "New for 2020" exhibit already has 26 dummies and puppets and I'm sure more will join the collection before we reopen in May! As we rapidly approach the 1000 dummy mark, I'm happy to report my next bit of news...

Our capital funds campaign is nearly complete! As of today, we've raised 76% of the funding we need to build our new building! Isn't that wonderful?! We're pushing hard to get additional grants, corporate donations, and private donations that will take us over the finish line. We'll end the campaign in July at our annual convention and announce the total raised. It's a very exciting time!

Hundreds and hundreds of people have contributed to this campaign and I'm humbled by the spirit of generosity shown by the ventriloquists, the tourists, and the friends and neighbors in Fort Mitchell and the greater Cincinnati region. I sincerely thank you for your words of encouragement, your promotion of the museum on social media, your repeat tourism, and your financial support.

Finally, I hope you will support Vent Haven on Giving Tuesday. This will be our third year participating in the worldwide fundraising event. I'll be promoting our participation primarily on Facebook.
